These terms govern your use of haloconnectedhealth.com. This is the marketing website for Halo Connected Health, a product of DXN Design Ltd. The Halo platform itself — the software used by care providers, NHS trusts and monitoring centres — is governed by separate contractual terms provided to customers.

Scope
These terms apply to your use of this website only. They do not govern:
- Use of the Halo Connected Health platform (separate customer contract required)
- Halo Monitoring Services (roadmap — separate service agreement when available)
- Any commercial relationship you enter into with DXN Design Ltd (separate written contract required)
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of it. In particular you agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable UK or international law
- Send unsolicited advertising, malware, or other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our servers, or any account
- Submit false, misleading or defamatory information via any form
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site by automated means without written permission

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable to you for:
- Indirect, consequential or special losses
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings or goodwill
- Loss or corruption of data other than to the extent we have negligently caused it
Our total aggregate liability arising out of your use of this website (as distinct from use of the Halo platform) is limited to £100.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights that may allow proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
