Monitoring services

24/7 monitoring, or as much as you need.

Halo powers dedicated monitoring centres and hybrid monitoring arrangements — a partner monitoring team watching alerts overnight, escalating to your team when needed, and holding the audit trail.

What a monitoring service looks like on Halo

Monitoring on Halo isn’t a call centre reading a checklist. It’s a trained operator seeing exactly what your care team sees, with the resident’s baseline, care plan, and current medications one tap away.

Overnight-only monitoring

Your team owns the day. A monitoring partner picks up the queue at 20:00 and hands back at 07:00. Every event logged, every escalation recorded.

Full 24/7 monitoring

Suits smaller homes without in-house night staff. Partner monitors, escalates to your on-call rota per your policies, and generates the shift-handover report.

Backup / burst monitoring

Your team monitors during business hours. Monitoring partner sits in reserve, activated only when your queue exceeds a defined SLA (e.g. > 5 unacknowledged urgent alerts).

Family-facing monitoring for home care

For clients whose family have opted into monitoring but can’t respond overnight — partner takes first response, coordinates with your dom-care team for physical visits.

What monitoring operators see

  • Live queue of active alerts, filtered by facility/service address, sorted by severity and time-since-acknowledgement.
  • One-tap resident summary: name, care plan overview, current medication list, DNAR status, primary contact, care setting.
  • Baseline vs current: the specific reading that triggered the alert, plotted against the resident’s learned baseline band.
  • Escalation playbook per client — configurable escalation trees per organisation, per resident, per time of day.
  • Handover log — every alert acknowledged, escalated, or resolved, with operator identity and timestamp.
